Bio/Description

Sam Kosai is a doctoral student in Sociology and Social Policy. They study healthcare access with a specific projects in transgender care, legal disability, and mental health.  

Prior to coming to Princeton, Sam was a public health analyst at RTI International in the Center for Behavioral Health Epidemiology, Implementation, and Evaluation Research. Sam earned a BA in sociology from the University of Southern California, where they were a Mellon Mays Fellow.
